Upcoming Workshops:

Does this sound like you?

You’re stretched thin from giving to everyone else.

You’re tired of second-guessing yourself and running on empty.

You long for connection, meaning, and space to just be.

If nothing changes, another season passes with you still overwhelmed, disconnected and stretched thin.

Your joy waits.

Your dreams wait.

You wait.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

From Cancer, Divorce, & Burnout To Thriving:

Cancer, divorce, burnout, the messy middle of motherhood, career changes, and reinvention are included in our stories.

And while they look different, they share the same truth - we’ve both faced seasons that left us asking...

Am I enough? Is it too late? What’s next for me?

What carried us wasn’t perfection — it was community, laughter, small daily practices, and the belief that even in the hardest seasons, beauty is still blooming. And so are you.

We’ve learned that when women release jealousy and competition and instead gather with curiosity, courage, and compassion — we thrive and bloom.

The truth is simple: we weren’t meant to do this alone.

Jill Kane, Co-founder

When Jill became a mom, she was hit with the secret no one tells you: the voice that whispers, you’re not enough. Not enough time, not enough patience, not enough… anything.

Just as she was learning to quiet that voice, life threw her the ultimate plot twist — a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis that knocked her off her feet. Literally - one tumor took away her ability to walk for nearly a year.

Instead of giving in to despair, Jill chose curiosity, courage, and even humor (she named her tumor Cal — because if you can’t laugh sometimes, what’s the point?).

Navigating cancer was the hardest season of her life and in it she discovered that even then, beauty can still bloom.

Jill has wrestled with the same questions many women whisper to themselves:

Am I enough? Is it too late? What’s next for me?

What helped Jill bloom through it all were small, intentional acts — making art, journaling her dreams, moving her body, growing her mindset, making space for beauty and connection, learning to receive, and finding the courage to laugh at life’s mess.

Now, she helps other women do the same - quiet the noise, release what no longer serves them, plant seeds of possibility, and nourish their own garden in order to bloom again.

Edythe Beckles, Co-founder

Edythe knows what it’s like to chase success and still feel empty. She climbed the corporate ladder all the way to the C-Suite, earning the six-figure paycheck but sacrificing time with her two girls, her health, and her peace. Eventually, she realized: prestige without presence isn’t worth it.

Life threw her another curveball when her marriage ended in divorce. She found herself in the middle of another reinvention — learning to choose her health, her children, and her own wholeness above everything else.

What she discovered is what she now teaches: balance, resilience, and connection aren’t luxuries — they’re lifelines. Yoga became her anchor, life coaching became her new path, and community became her saving grace.

As a certified Life Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher, Edythe creates spaces where women feel safe, supported, and hopeful again — guiding them on the mat, listening with compassion, or simply reminding them to breathe, always pointing them back to their own worth.

Edythe brings a rare mix of presence and strength. She’s the one who reminds you: you can rebuild, you can begin again, and you don’t have to do it alone.
